Surabaya, Harianradar.com – Unit Reskrim Polsek Kenjeran berhasil membekuk tersangka kasus penipuan dan penggelapan, tempat kejadian perkara (TKP) di Jembatan Jalan Platuk Donomulyo, Kelurahan Tanah Kali Kedinding, Kecamatan Kenjeran Surabaya.
Atas dasar pelapor M S, Unit Reskrim berhasil mengamankan tersangka, Tarno (39), warga Jalan Platuk Donomulyo Surabaya.
Menurut Kapolsek Kenjeran Kompol B.Yudo Haryono, Kronologis kejadian pada hari Kamis tanggal 18 Maret 2021 sekira pukul 12 00 wib, Korban pergi ke warung Kopi Jalan Rangkah Kecamatan Tambak Sari Surabaya, pada saat minum kopi datang tersangka yang merupakan teman korban meminta tolong kepada korban untuk mengantar kerumah tersangka.
“Pada saat itu, korban di bonceng oleh tersangka dengan mengendarai sepeda motor milik korban, sesampainya di jembatan Jalan Platuk korban diturunkan oleh tersangka, dan disuruh menunggu sebentar dengan alasan tersangka mau mengambil helm di rumahnya,” tutur Kompol B.Yudo Haryono, Kapolsek Kenjeran kepada awak media, Sabtu (17/4/2021).
Kapolsek Kenjeran mengatakan, kemudian tersangka pergi dengan mengendarai sepeda motor milik korban. Namun tersangka tidak kembali lagi.
“Kemudian korban melaporkan kejadian tersebut ke Polsek Kenjeran.
Pada hari Senin tanggal 12 April 2021, sekira pukul 13.00 wib, pada saat itu, tersangka melintas di Jalan Platuk Donomulyo, seketika itu tersangka langsumg berhasil ditangkap oleh anggota Unit Reskrim Polsek Kenjeran,” kata Kompol B. Yudo.
Sementara, menurut keterangan tersangka untuk unit sepeda motor Yamaha milik korban sudah di jual ke Madura.
Untuk diketahui, Tersangka Tarno merupakan Residivis Kasus Curanmor dan sudah pernah masuk Tahanan Polsek Kenjeran sebanyak 3 (Tiga) kali.
“Selanjutnya, Tersangka di amankan ke Polsek Kenjeran guna Proses Penyidikan lebih lanjut,” jelas Kompol B. Yudo.

Alamat Jalan Rangkah 6/24 Kecamatan Tambak Sari Surabaya, Kedua, Foto copy BPKB sepeda motor Yamaha Type UE11 (CHASE WHEEL).
“Atas perbuatan tersangka, kami sangkakan pasal 372 dan atau pasal 378 KUHPidana,” pungas Kapolsek Kenjeran.
